Gregory Jade 50 Pack Review:
- The Gregory Jade 50 backpack is basically the women’s version of the Gregory Z55 backpack. I really, really love it. I love it even more than the Gregory Z55 because it fits my curves more securely. It is the perfect weekend pack or 3 day pack. Both the Jade 50 and the Z55 claim to be comfortable up to 55 lbs, but from most people I know, that is too much weight. I normally pack really light, and at 35-40 lbs the Jade 50 is wonderful. I have used the Jade 50 on a couple of shorter hikes, mostly with my friend Cammy. She owns the pack and I make her trade me for my Gregory Deva 60 all the time :) It is a great pack (but I wouldn’t trade my Deva 60 for it on a longer hike!)
